Not for our beginner lessons. No prior mahjong experience is needed. For our open-play gatherings, you should already understand the basic flow of American Mahjong. If you’re brand new to the game, start with one of our beginner lessons.

Do I need to bring tiles or a mat?

For open play, you should bring a set of tiles and a mat if you are coming with a group or full table. We have a limited number of Holland House sets available for use during our events.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely. Our events are designed to make it easy to arrive on your own and meet some new friends.

How do I reserve a seat?
